Agreement to Terms
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and CASINO GAME MACHINES LTD for the Casino Game Machines software application ("the Software"), including associated media, documentation, and online services.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
CASINO GAME MACHINES LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software subject to the terms of this EULA. Specifically, you are licensed to:
Install and use the Software on iOS devices you own or control for personal entertainment purposes.
Access and use our online platform and services (leaderboards, game catalog) in accordance with this agreement.
Set a username and customize your in-app profile to access personalized features and track your progress.
Access and play all available slot machine games within the App for entertainment purposes.
You may NOT do any of the following:
The Software is licensed, not sold. CASINO GAME MACHINES LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of CASINO GAME MACHINES LTD.
All software code, algorithms, designs, graphics, game content, text, branding, and other content in the application.
Your chosen username and any user-generated content you create within the App, subject to these terms.
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to such collection and processing.
Data we may collect includes: your chosen username, gameplay progress and XP data, device information, and anonymized usage analytics. We do not collect payment information, real names, or sensitive personal data. No real money transactions occur within the App.

Casino Game Machines is a social casino application for entertainment purposes only. The Software does not constitute gambling. No real money is required to use the Software, and no real money, prizes, or items of real-world value can be won, earned, or withdrawn through the Software.
Virtual currency (XP) and in-app avatar items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services. The Software is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASINO GAME MACHINES LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Casino Game Machines is an entertainment application and does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or availability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CASINO GAME MACHINES LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if CASINO GAME MACHINES LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination:
CASINO GAME MACHINES LTD reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time for violation of these terms.
CASINO GAME MACHINES LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software from time to time. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed through the Apple App Store. You acknowledge that the Software may require such updates to continue functioning properly.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
